Xavier Toledo, MS, RD, LDN

As a registered dietitian with over a decade of experience in plant-based nutrition, my mission is to inspire and guide you to incorporate more plants into your diet in a way that feels right for you.
 
With a formal education in nutrition science from Boston University and specialized training in nutrition counseling, I’ve dedicated my career to helping people seamlessly integrate more plants into their diets. I believe that choosing more plants benefits both our health and the planet.
 
At Choose More Plants, I aim to create a supportive and non-judgmental community where everyone feels encouraged to make positive changes at their own pace. Whether you’re looking for expert guidance, practical resources, or a bit of inspiration, I’m here to help.
 
Beyond work, I love getting lost in a good book, playing tennis, and exploring Washington, D.C., where I live with my partner and our Great Dane mix.
